FYI -- Brand name Sinemet is manufactured by Merck and marketed by Bristol Meyers Squibb. See page 13 of http://www.sinemetcr.com/cross_site/CurrentSinemetPI.pdf. The Endo version of generic Sinemet is manufactured by Merck and marketed by Endo Pharmeceuticals. See page 2 of http://www.endo.com/PDF/carbidopa_pack_insert.pdf. The tablets are the same shape, size, and color but with different numbers stamped on them. Since they are both manufactured by Merck, I would be very surprised if there was a difference between the Endo generic and the BMS brand name.
