If this is true, It is criminally negligent on the part of the manufacturer. Personally, I have found the generic form to be quite effective, and have never even taken the patented form. I wonder if there is more than one producer of the generic form. I so, perhaps that might explain why it seems to be effective for some and not for others. Does anyone know? Nancy K.
