I just finished reading the entire study of the "Effects of Coenzyme Q10 in Early Parkinson Disease" in the Oct. 2002 issue of Arch Neurol/Vol 59. I am going to do whatever I can to take 1200mg per day. I don't think you should assume you will feel any different. That is not the effect. It is an attempt to slow the progression not affect the symptoms or make you feel different. I agree that more studies are needed but in the meantime I will go with what appears to be worthwhile. It also matters what "grade" of CoQ10 you are taking. I am working on the details of a not for profit PD Buyers Group to arrange some discount pricing on this product.
