I have this same problem ["My mouth hangs open and seems to be forced open by the muscles.]" I was advised NOT to have the botox injections in my jaw because it was liable to aggravate swallowing problems I have [leave me unable to swallow]. I would be interested in hearing the results of your injections, as well as the name and city of your doctor.
