I was wondering if any PWPs had experienced inability to raise or move one's
arm. This usually occurs at end of meds effectiveness, but may last for
several hours. No pain involved, just enormous weakness, sometimes
accompanied by curling of third, fourth, and fifth fingers.

I've been assured that this is not symptomatic of stroke, but there is some
discussion over whether stenosis of cervical discs in the neck might be a
possible cause.

So, if this symptom sounds familiar to any of you, would you let me know,
especially if you've found anything that works to dispel the spell.

Also, as I hear suggestions from this list and from interviews with Michael
J. Fox and others, it seems there are many tricks and accommodations that
PWPs use to deal with their PD symptoms and better manage their medications'
effectiveness. Does anyone know if there is a succinct list of these in one
place?

Happy Thanksgiving to all.
