My 'neuro' has informed me that allP.D. druge can cause a person to be sleepy. Comtan is great , if you want to be a zombie by taking it 3 times a day. However, it does prolong the effectiveness of Sinemet. I limit it to2 halves one at 8:30 am the other either at 12:30 or at 4:30 pm. You might want to check your B-12 level.
