Your neuro is right about fatigue . It is part of the PD experience. For me
I take antioxidants to ward off fatigue and keep myself going throughout the
day. I take vitamin E, 1600 units a day, vitamin C , 2000 mg a day, enada or
CoEnzyme 1, 10mg a day, alpha -lipoic acid, 100mg a day, L-carnitine, 500mg
a day,and of course CoQ10, 300mg a day. I really find these antioxidants
help me through the day along with the other supplements I take like the
L-tyrosine to keep my energy levels going long enough to have a fairly
functional day. Unlike PD drugs , these should not make anyone sleepy but
then we are all different creatures in this Parkinson world we live in.

sleepy. Comtan is great , if you want to be a zombie by taking it 3 times a
day. However, it does prolong the effectiveness of Sinemet. I limit it to2
halves one at 8:30 am the other either at 12:30 or at 4:30 pm. You might
want to check your B-12 level.
