Long Distant flights......

1.  Drink plenty of water.....take bottled water with you if
possible.....avoid caffeine in flight if possible.
2.  Get up and stretch and walk on the plane whenever possible.
3.  Continue to take your medications as though it were the same day as your
departure location time............until you arrive at your new destination
and have gone to sleep for a "night".  When you get up.....switch meds to the
"new location" time clock.

This has helped me with flights from US to Asia and from the US to Europe.
