Take an aisle seat so you can get up and move every couple of hours.

Get to the gate early.

If you have trouble getting your ID out try wearing it on a lanyard around
your neck.

Make sure your pockets are empty so you aren't fumbling through them at the
security checkpoint.

If you need to board early make sure you get in with that group.

Carry a bottle of water with you so you can take your meds at the correct
time.

Pack at least two days ration of your meds in a carry-on in case your
luggage gets lost.

Have a safe trip.

Hi everybody:-

Being a PD patient (moderate level), what points should I note when
travelling long distance flight (11 hours) in order to make myself
comfortable?
Any one got experience to share. Urgent and thanks!

Chris
