Hi, I had bad dyskenesia from 4-7 pm which I traced to my comtan which I was taking at 6 ,9 12,3.My neuro took me off comtan and added cabaser. It stopped the dyskenesia for a while. Now II am playing with the cabser timing as it also cause afternoon problems. I now take a cabaser 4 at 9pm and cabaser 2 at 10.30. I am better Have you tried Sinemet 100/25 it gives a moore direct and predictable response Also try incresing the interval between dosages and also decrease the dosage.
