Sharon, condom caths are easy to apply and can be connected to one of two devices - a catheter bag, which is used at night or a leg bag which is attached to the leg by straps. The leg bag is appropriate when the individual wants to be up and about without the worry of incontinence. A word of advice - cleanliness is of the utmost importance when a condom cath is used.
