Hi Keith,
you mentioned that you are a Quality Engineer and need
to sit in meetings with customers.
A hint, how are you managing your stress?
Stress is the enemy of PD, and being in a stressful
situation can put all kinds of thoughts in your head:
Are people wondering why my hand shakes? Are people wondering why I look
tired? These internal dialogs can
add to the pressure you are already feeling.
And, of course, late evening, no pressure, no meetings,
voila, feel better.
One more thing, watch your intake of food, especially
protein, it can play havoc with your meds.
About the dyskinesia, I still get some of that after about
two hours, just as long as you are aware of it and can
anticipate it, you can control it.
PD is all about managing it and controlling it.
And last, but not least, start thinking about early retirement.
Sincerely,

Mario
