Well put Phyllis !

We who either cannot take the normal PD  Meds or who choose to follow a
different drummer are often chastised by those with closed minds or higher
powered degrees than mine.

It is interesting to note the number of times that  these  nay sayers are
proven wrong ..... but  the perspective of what works for you is what must
be followed whether we are dealing with  an MD or   info from the  net ....
We just might  be different and react differently
