Hi! George:
I do not know much about memory foam, except it was supposed to be very
expensve.
I hav read somewhere that coral calcium is no better than any othr form
of calcium. PD patients are supposedto take Calcium + Magnesium. Magnesium
is supposed to be god for muscle cramps.

While we are talking about sleep, I want to raise another question.
I recently had mysef tested for sleep apnea. I foud out i have a
rather severe case of sleep apnea. As a result of the my oxygen level goes
often below 80% when I sleep. It should be above 90%. My question is
thhis. Will the low oxygen pressure may eventually reduce oxygen supply to
the brain while we sleep? If so, which came first? PD or the Sleep Apnea?
Which is the result of which? Would this be the cause of muscle cramps in
the morning when we get up? (For me, oral Glutathiione - R give If so is
there any good medication for it. s good relief frommy muscle cramps.
Smewhere I read, tht Magnesium phosphate will also be helpful. Dr. Abe
Lieberman wrote once that B12 should also be of some help in this case.
May be Dr. Bob Fink can enlighten us on this issue.
    Good Luck!
    Raj
