Hi! Rita: Thanks for the info about the pillow. No! I have not started using CPAP yet. I might soon, though. Anything to discourage my brain cells to commit suicide. Again, I must say that I have not started taking any prescription medication yet for my PD. So I cannot blame any of my medicaton for this touble. But, I have another lingering doubt in my mind. Occasionally, I do take melatonin a fraction of 1 mg to help get a good night sleep. My wife tells me that I have sleep apnea highly pronounced, when I take melatonin. Does anyhbody have such experience. I have stopped taking melatonin, completely. Thanks for sharing your experience and thoughts.
