Raj,
If you are using a CPAP for your sleep apnea, and having any problems with
the mask "leaking"........try the "memory foam" pillows. Your head does not
sink as far into the pillow...so the mask stays in place better without
leakage during the night.
(My husband has used a CPAP for more than a dozen years for sleep apnea, and
we accidently realized the "memory foam" pillows were beneficial for mask
comfort.)

* before someone asks......CPAP (constant positive air pressure) basicallly
blows air up your nostrils constantly to keep the tissue from collapsing
while you sleep...which is all part of the process with folks with sleep
apnea.....you wear a mask/headgear connected to the "blower" while you are
sleeping.......It works, but it is a bother.
