It's confusing to me, also.  The fact that he is slowly getting
better is a good sign.  He most likely needs his PD meds and I would
recommend that he be evaluated by a good neurologist with experience
in movement disorders as soon as possible.  I would push the
consultations.

By the way, has anything been done about the aneurysm?  I am assuming
that they are talking about an aortic aneurysm; and, if so, there is
indeed, "something to be worried about".  It may need surgical
attention and soon.
