It's good to know that other countries are working on this also.  We're not
totally dependent on the U.S. governmental system.  There's big money in it
for the first one to cross the finish line with something that works.  I
would imagine there may be lots of things going on that we haven't yet heard
about.  I'm hopeful, anyway.
