Dulcie, I only use the bottom sheet, the top will slide off and if you have real satin, not cheap sateen, you could slide off the bed (my brorther tells me). I just ordered queens for my new electric bed caused they have to be pinned on sides with safety pins. need more material than the fulls iI had for my regulat bed.
