Hi! Murray:
    I would suggest the herbal suplement Ipriflavone, which is supposed to
enhance absorption of calcium.  In Asian countries, ipriflavone is mixed
along with Ca + and Vit D in the same pill.  But, read aboout it and talk to
your doctor before you try this.
