For all the Canadians on PIEN, The Canadian federal government has created a public forum on foreign policy in the form of a publically-accessible website. It invites all Canadians to advise the federal government on Canada's role internationally. This forum is unprecedented by any other country in the world in terms of requesting its citizenry to direct the Minister Of Foreign Affairs towards international policy. This is an opportunity to address Canada's non-military pressence in the world.
