I've had pd 13 years and have also consistently found that an agonist,
such as Mirapex, will cut several hours off my regular sleeping time of 7
hours. When taking Mirapex could only sleep 4 hours.
Am currently in a trial study using Rotigotine patches. So far it is
excellent in smoothing out my days with much more ON time. The sleep time
with patches is better than with capsules or tablets, but not perfect.
Basically I've chosen to live with it.
