John, I don't take PD meds and still have trouble sleeping, I take an aspirin, tranquilizer, benedryl, hands and feet tremor and have bad dysonia in feet. I think sometimes the tremor wakes me up after I finally get to sleep. Friends and people make non-solicited calls in the AM which wake me up. When I was able to get lots of sleep I did better for the day.
