    Cramping in your foot sounds like dystonia, a phenomenon which may have
occurred (as part of PD) regardless of your intake of Requip.  I know I have
dystonia like that in my left foot (and the PD is primarily in my RIGHT(!)
side).
    For the hip and shoulder and elbow etc pains, I use massage,
chiropractic, acupuncture.
