Kathleen,

this sounds like me 6 yrs ago, favoring my good right leg which now has
tremor/curled toes, etc.

about 3 rmore years ago I started  wearing a one lb wrap-arouond wieght on it
to remind me to put my heel down.  My left leg and toes are a real mess now,
but the weight helps remind me to try to step down.  I was walking that way
after 1st yr to maintain balance. Have not fallen yet, don't know why, as I
can barely walk.
