 Sinemet could also make it better.  In my case, and many others, I have 
wearing off" dystonia.  When my sinemet runs low, I get the dystonia. 
Without the sinemet ii'd be a human pretzel.

Nigel although some dystonias are medicine related some cases are definitely
a symptom of PD particularly in Young Onset PD as I have. I do not take
medication and have extremely painful dystonia in both legs. My movement
disorder specialist says there is not much to do for it as the sinemet can
make it worse, in the meantime I take muscle relaxers to give me some relief
