A couple of years back i remember reading, or hearing a radio interview,
about a girl of 12 or so who was diagnosed with PD. I thnk she came from
Newport News or Virginia Beach or somewhere like that. It may be
possible that the PADRECC(PD research education and clnical center) in
Richmond, VIrginia has some information on her.. I dont have their
email, but if you write to me off list i can forward what info I have.
We have a member in our support group who has had it since age 17, and I
myself go back to 23.  I believe also that some research has been done
in Japan, where  there is an unusually high incidence of PD in juveniles.
