Good Morning Carole,

Objective differing opinions are the center of great debate and most
wecome of course...

I must admit, I am particularly blessed in my situation at work. My
"bosses" all worked for me or along side me in previous years.

One of my direct "bosses" was once my clerk and she has often said
she felt she was an integral part of a team effort. Now she in
particular makes me feel I am still integral to the "team effort" and
all the "bosses" have gone out of their way to let me know this is
not a decision to be taken in isolation, behind closed doors, by any
of the parties involved. No, the decision of how to accommodate my
employment has been a shared supportive open consultive process with
myself as the ultimate decision maker.

Now, if the team effort were instead to give everyone, who doesn't
'zactly fit some pre-conceived mold, the BOOT... YIKES!!

I must confess I had quite forgotten that is so often the case.

Designer Parkinson's and designer employers....

Thankyou Carole, for the gentle whap of reality...

My very best regards ........ murray
