Dear Rayilyn, It is not the Co- Q10 ! the problem with all of these "supplements" lies in the fact that people insist on taking The ONE that is " Hot" and neglect to take the rest of the regimin that supports the whole picture. Calcium is no good with out Vit D and Magnesium. By the same token, one must balance the B Vitamins as an excess of any one will cause worse problems than doing nothing - hence "B complex" . There is no data in the literature to support the problems with this natural enzyme that you are experiencing. I have increased my Q 10 to 3 times a day, but I have also increased some of the other components accordingly since I have increased my daily activities. By its very name, Co Q 10 is a coenzyme - it facilitates a chemical reaction. If the substrates of the reaction are not present in sufficient quantities there will be no reaction reguardless of how much of a catalyst is present, there will be no reaction taking place.
