One of the ways of diagnosing Parkinson's is to take Sinemet or Madopar,
(or Carbidopa-Levedopa by whatever trade name it is locally available), and
see if it reduces your symptoms.  A neurologist, preferably a movement
disorder specialist, may prefer some other medication for the long run, but
this might be a test to lend credence to whether or not your problem is
Parkinson's.
