On April 11, 2003, World Parkinson's Disease Day, grass roots charity
to be featured on S.FL station WNN 1470 AM
"Good Work" Radio Show, accessible world-wide via the Internet

WHO: Take Charge! Cure Parkinson's, Inc. (TCCP), founder, Alison
Landes, will be joined by Morton Kondracke, author of Saving Milly:
Love, Politics and Parkinson's Disease, Diane Murphy PhD, Program
Director,  Neurodegeneration Group of the National Institute of
Neurological Diseases and Stroke (NINDS), Lonnie Ali, Muhammad Ali's
wife, and Tom Berdine, president of Young Onset Parkinson's
Association, on South Florida radio program, "Good Work".

The program is hosted by non-profit fundraising consultants, Joy
Siegel and Cliff Weidberg, and moderated by radio personality, Ron
Hersey.

people can support a ground-swell of grass roots efforts with

HIGHLIGHTS:  Morton Kondracke, executive editor of Roll Call
newspaper, co-host of Fox TV- The Beltway Boys, board member of
Michael J. Fox Foundation and Parkinson Action Network will share
insights and perspectives on Parkinson's. TCCP founder, Alison
Landes, whose sister, Fran Landes, was diagnosed in 1998 in her mid-
forties, will be in the studio along with Parkinson's patient, Maria
James, a 41-year old mother of three, diagnosed at 32, and board
member, Barbara Taege.

Landes, Taege, and James will speak about TCCP's local, national and
international outreach that is increasing awareness of Parkinson's
disease, raising funds for research to find a cure and improving
quality of life in the community.  Tune-in, hear about scientific
developments, the Parkinson's Bracelet of Hope, the Poetic Medicine
Workshop, the traveling art-poetry exhibit, "With Parkinson's, Don't
