Hi Raj,

I couldn't agree more with your final sentence, ' Soon I realized that we
are on our own............'. This also apples, in my case to GP's - they
don't like answering questions and if one persists they describe you as
argumentative and difficult; and they like to tell you what to do, if you
don't they stop seeing you. And Psychiatrists; when I informed mine, several
years after being treated for clinical depression, that I had PD, she never
called back. The word ' SHRINK' is quite apt; they shrink your bank account
and the meds shrink (and damage) your brain and (can) induce PD. They
protect each other and I fear the Drug Companies. I maintain my meds at the
lowest dose possible and complement them with homoepathic remedies,
reflexology, reiki, alexander technique and yoga.

I am also on day 18 of my detox plan(diet) which is essentially no: meat,
fish, eggs, dairy, wheat, coffee, alchol, tea, chocolate, sugar etc. and I
feel better. My faciel rash (seb. derma) is clearing up, taste buds are
alive, nasal congestion has cleared up, gradually sleep more hours each
night, my stomach is no longer bloated because I move my bowls at least
three times per day and being creative with the foods I'm allowed keeps me
occupied.

Regards,
Marco
