I just finished reading Larry Herrmann's touching memories of Joe Bruman
(Joan - thanks for the unearned complement, but the beautiful tribute was
written by Larry Herrmann, not me) .
I didn't know Joe personally, but his contributions to the PIEN and his
Current Science Reviews were a big part of my life and my education, as a
newly diagnosed Parkie, when I joined the list some 7 years ago. We all
counted on Joe to keep us up-to-date about the latest, most important
research. His reviews were written in a way that we could understand the
science and learn from them.
Thank you Larry for telling us about Joe's life.
Thank you Joe for sharing your knowledge and your caring with us.
Rest in peace.

Linda Herman
