i just recieved a phone call from the Catholic Post-the newpaper for the entire Diocese of Peoria. the piece has made it to up the chain of command and it will be printed in this Friday's edition. i think that it will be expecially meaningful coming out on Good Friday. next week, i am to speak with the editor about submitting the piece to the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops. i cannot tell you how this will all turn out but suffice to say that this is a major step in the right direction. a blessed and joyous Easter to you all-no matter what your faith. -- Joan E.
