Dear List Mates -- Thanks for all your wonderful advice on lift chairs used as beds. Mom and Dad have located a Lazy Boy store near them, where they will try out different types. After noting the two posts of list members who found sleeping in their chairs helpful but preferred their hospital beds, my parents feel that they will reconsider if they want to make this purchase as a replacement of Mom's hospital bed. Mom has back pain and peripheral neuropathy, so she may need to have both the chair and the bed. I will inform the group if we come up with any addition information of interest.
