I don't have a lot of personal experience but I can relate that my mother walked (with difficulty in her later years) until 88 years in spite of a broken back at 13. With little medical treatment at that time. She was treated by a chiropractor for several years starting at 18 years. She had five children and did most her own housework for 50 years. She outlived the doctors who predicted her death at 60, reaching 95 years. Any time I have used the services a few times with reasonable results. Chiropractic is very practitioner dependent because is a physical practice, not diagnose and order pills.

  Hi there,
Put out a request to the Caregivers list with no response regarding
chiropractors. Wondering if anyone has had success with one. My husband is getting
progressively more bent over as time goes by. He does alot of yard work when
feeling well and his posture is so bent over now that his back hurts all of the
time. Wondering if a chiropractor would be helpful.
