Hi Bern,
            I have been using cabergoline for several years now, and can can
say that, for me, it has worked extremely well, totally eliminating the
dyskenesia which I had experienced previously whilst using pergolide.
    However, I do know people who have had a negative response to using
cabergoline, so I guess it's a case of trying it out and hoping.
