Pat,

I am biased too in regards to a certain chiropractor. Just over
3 and 1/2 years ago I went in with major lower back pain in the
pelvic area. My chiro listened to my symptoms and told me to get
a complete physical.

The physical and testing confirmed I had prostate cancer. I had
surgery within just a few weeks and have been cancer free for 3
and 1/2 years now.

Do not know what I might be doing now if I had not gone to that
chiropractor.

Paul

Hey Sherry,
Thank you for putting your 2 cents in. Every Chiro I know
recognizes their
limitations and does not hesitate to refer to doctors and/or
specialists
when they belive they are seeing something that require a closer
look or
more expertise than they posess. I'm somewhat biased though so
it's good to
hear some positive stuff from someone else. :O)
Peace
Pat

My chiropractor sent me to a movement disorder specialist at
Columbia
Presbyterian Hosp. in NYC where I was diagnosed with PD. The
neurologists I
had gone
to kept telling me I was too young to have PD had it not been for
the
intelligence and compassion of my chiro who knows how long my dx
would have
taken.
