Hello, Raj is right to advise you to see your Doctor about this if it continues, or worsens. I think it's worth mentioning that PD affects all muscles in the body, including those internal ones which control breathing, digestion, bowels, vision, circulation, etc. which we can't see and never think about. This is why PD is such a b.....d of a illness (I hatethe word disease!) because by the time it's got through with one it's affected all muscle groups. As daft as it might seem, exercise is one way to keep as much working as possible, without overdoing it. Yoga is perhaps the best and most gentle form of all body exercise, including vital internal organs, such as the lungs, heart, liver, digestive system and thyroid. It requires discipline of doing it each day, for about 30mins. Hope this helps.
