To all,

If the US presence in Iraq is really costing $4bn / mth, is it all spent on
the 'military forces' or does a percentage go to re-establishing industry
and commerce, health and education services, etc? If so then that's good.
How big is the annual Defence Budget? How much is spent on Weapons R&D? How
much is being spent on the Space Station. These maybe are the ?'s one should
be asking.
