The 2nd Annual Shake, Rattle & Hole Golf and Entertainment Outing to
benefit Parkinson's research will be held on September 23, 2003 at The
Fort Golf Resort in Indianapolis, Indiana this year.

The "Shake Rattle & Hole" Golf and Entertainment event held last year
was our first event organized to increase awareness of this devastating
disease and to raise dollars for Parkinson's disease research. Because
of a tireless group of volunteers and many generous Sponsors it was a
huge success.
Inspired by the willingness of individuals and corporate sponsors to
support this effort to find a cure, and the unique style of the event
which is designed to include both golfers and non-golfers, ladies and
gentlemen, families and friends for an exciting day for all, "Shake
Rattle & Hole" is here again.
The 2nd "Shake Rattle & Hole" will continue that unique style this
year. A great day of golf at The Fort Golf Resort, a "must play" Pete
Dye designed course located in Indianapolis. One of Indiana's most
unique State Parks. The Alligator Brothers featuring Henry Lee Summer
will provide the entertainment for the evening. This year there will be
a "Hole n' One" shot for a car, great prizes including airplane tickets
for anywhere in the continental US for two, a PC and a set of golf clubs
for any Par 3 "Hole n' One" shot. A chance to "Beat the Pro" shot from
the tee box. Lunch - box lunch from The Garrison restaurant. Ribs and
Chicken for dinner. A very special VIP tent will be open to the guests
who purchase a "VIP Pass" to meet and interact with a surprise list of
celebrities.
Golf registration is limited to non-professional golfers and includes
practice balls, cart, 18 holes, lunch, dinner and our special "Thank
You" pack.
This year Shake Rattle & Hole has added a Dinner & Entertainment pass.
