Young Parkinson's of Indiana and The Parkinson Alliance will hold the
2nd Annual Shake, Rattle & Hole Golf and Entertainment Outing on
Tuesday, September 23, 2003 at The Fort Golf Resort

This event is designed to offer a great day in Indianapolis with
breakfast in the morning with Executive Director of The Parkinson
Alliance Carol Walton, golf on one of the "must play" courses in the
nation and is located adjacent to the beautiful Ft Harrison State park.
Horseback riding, fishing and many Nature trails are available. After
golf, dinner will be served by The Garrison, Dinner & Entertainment Only
tickets are available. The entertainment will be Henry Lee Summer and
The Alligator Brothers.
