Hello Linda,
St. Catherine of Siena Hospital in Smithtown has a Parkinson's nurse
specialist , Julie Garafalo RN and they offer a special PT program for PWP.
Also the Suffolk Chapter of APDA has meetings there monthly for PWPs and
Caregivers.Their phone # is 631-862-3560, I plan on attending a meeting when
