Dear Dr. Fink,

Thank you for rreply.

Where can I find out more about the diagnosis and treatment of
Parkinson-like-effects (P-L-E) as opposed to Parkinson's disease(PD) ?

Is there an information source which lists the 'agents' that cause P-L-E.

How is P-L-E treated, and is it reversible?

Do you know of any studies which show percentage data on how many cases of
P-L-E are misdiagnosed as PD ?

Could you comment on the consequences of treating a P-L-E with drugs
specifically targeted for PD?

Thank you and regards
