Dear Bob,

now I really am in deep trouble. How to pose my questions again to make them
understandable:::?

Let's try.
And let's suppose that you were able (please accept my admiration) to
understand the greater part of my letter.

My questions are:
- are some of those symptoms in connection with PD a/o PD medication
.-if so, which ones
-if not, which ones of them have any possible connection with any other
-it was not the first time in the past few years that I have had problems
with breathing, with my lung - any connection to PD?
- what is your opinion about my thyr.gland problem (and the adenomas in it
which seem to "spread")? What should I do? (I hear your answer: without
seeing and examining you... Please, forget this answer. It is sure that
some kind of idea began to form in your mind regarding this)
- it is connected to the previous question: having almost all the symptoms
of hypothyreosis, pardon, hypothyroidism + those multinodules in my thyr.
glands, isn't it possible that my main problem is not PD but hypothyr.? ( I
have had PD dx for more than 4 yrs, I always was slim, had no problems with
my weight, moreover, a few times I was told to gain a bit more weight! My
edema and overwieght problems began in the 3rd yr after getting PD dx and
meds)
- what to do with that kidney issue
- what to do with the chronic pain in my spinal column, mainly in the middle
and lower part of it? I have so strong back pains that I am able to "be on
feet", or walk only a few minutes
-what to do with that chronic fatigue and pain?
.....
What to do at all?

In my country most of docs think on a very special way, because they have
little boxes in their mind. They do not see you as a whole. Do not want to
look at you, only to that special problem what is their speciality. They
want to treat the sickness, not the patient. There is no use to tell a
urologist that you have strong pains in your neck (I have, due to atrhritis,
arthrosis and spondylosis cerv et univ.), also no use to talk about the
weakness- which soon will you make mad - in your arms, shoulders and legs
to a cardiologist. I spent 3 weeks at one of our best University Clinic in
February -at the Neurological Department dealing with PD-, and they did not
recognize that stone in my kidney, and though recognized 2 adenoma in the
thyr. galnd by mere chance, did not make or suggest any further steps or
exams - shall I continue it? It were they who realized that something was
wrong in my muscle function ( the lactate exam before and after a heavy 15
minutes bicycling was absolutely abnormal) - and what happenned next?
Nothing. I have also almost the same papers and all the final
clinical/hospital bulletins always with me like Murray Charters does. Do you
think that there was only one, one physician who did examine these
documents?
If your symptoms fit to their boxes, you are lucky. If you have only two,
at most 3 symptoms, maybe you will be treated and cured, you can hope for
healing. Otherwise????
Write to PIEN and ask somebody what to do.

Thanks for listening to me.
I visited your homepage - if I'd lived in the States I surely would be your
patient at your Clinic.

Love,

Olga
