YOUR VOICE IS NEEDED! Make your voice heard! Harris Interactive, known for the Harris Poll... is conducting a survey with Parkinson's disease patients about the impact of the disease and treatment on quality of life. The results of this important study will be presented at an international conference of neurologists later this year. They have asked PLWP to facilitate this survey. Harris Interactive will in turn donate $5 to $10 per completed survey to PLWP. We are only too happy to honor this request. From Harris Interactive: Your contributions are critical, and we hope you will participate. The online survey takes between 20 and 30 minutes to complete, and you will receive a $10 personal check or to the charity of your choice for your completed survey. To qualify, you must be a US resident who has been diagnosed with PD for a minimum of 5 years, and you must be taking prescription medication to treat your PD. You must complete the survey no later than noon on Monday, September 8, 2003.
