Hi! Ervin: Teh company that studied Co E Q10 is Vitelline or Vitalline. I personally feel and Dr. Lieberman is of the same opinionk that there is nothing special about Vtaline C E Q 10. Dr. Lieberman reccomends Puritan's pride product and I am using it too. It is not supposed to improve any symptomatic relief; but it is supposed to slow down the progression of PD. In my experience, I also found some symptomatic relief at least for a few months. However, I continue using it 3x a day 120 mg/dose with food or Vitamin E. I would slowly increase teh dose starting from 50 or 60 mg/day and increase it slowly. I was not comfortable wi th anything more than 120mg/dose 3x a day. You shojuld remember that it is also good for your heart. Therefore I do not want to take too muchthen my body really can handle, although the total dose recommended / ay is 1200 mg. However, there is no long term study on such high doses. I trust this is of some help.
