I have taken COMTAN for only two days, and already felt that I enjoyed more ON time and less OFF time at the end of dose. I think it is a good drug for me. However, sometimes I felt a bit too tense and jerky with the medication. Does it mean that I am on the verge of having dyskynesia (I used to not having dyskynesia) and should reduce Sinemet? Could anyone advice me with similar experiences?
