Hi Chris,

what I mean is increase the interval
also try taking 1/2 of a Sinemet
I have found over the years, with my degeneration, that I had to adjust my
dose + or -- in mg as well as increase or decrease the interval. My doctor
does not mind if I make small adjustments as every patient is different

You will find that protein ( milk cheese,,meats etc)is the biggest preventer
of the Sinemet getting into the brain as the protein can block out themeds
for 1-3 hrs.
I try to take my meds 1/2 before eating as in giving them a head start

Regards
