I would like to clarify some thinking pertaining to Judd and my "Quest for a Cure" :
1. The "Quest" is a personal endeavor by us (all doctors are part of the search for a cure, but our "Quest" is a documentary of our actions as we "hunt" to find answers (which will certainly include things short of a "cure")
2. Dr. Garg's Cord Cell Therapy is an independent event which he has never represented to us as a "cure". We perceive it as relavent to pursue, given the facts and how they prove out to be true and attainable as a possible remedy for the daily "loss of life" Judd is experiencing...
3. IF (though I'd like to think more of "when") Dr. Garg's clinic becomes a reality, and for WHATEVER MEDICATIONS, ALTERNATIVE REMEDIES, OR SURGICAL PROCEDURES WE MAY PARTICIPATE IN, our personal goals are A. Sustain as healthy a life as possible and B. Contribute to the body of knowledge needed to eliminate Parkinsons from the face of the earth.
Whatever risk to life these goals may present we know we want to be a part of the solution in whatever way possible, taking each step carefully with as much truthful information and valid reasoning as possible. Judd makes his own decisions pertaining to any participation, each step of the way. Our understanding, from a spiritual basis, gives us the faith to want to maintain our lives as productively and long as possible with the understanding that death is a part of living (not the other way around) and if death is encountered unexpectedly, it too will be a part of the search for a cure, participated in by all, however they choose.
I intend to discuss this topic in more depth at my upcoming website in 2004...Thank you for the questions, supportive and/or critical feedback
